Beautiful and unexpected colors add a happy note to this card and matching gift box of loose leaf teas. When you lift the lid you are greeted with another little JAPANESE FLOWER GIRL. The box uses a magnetic closure on the front.
This is a wonderful idea for a friend, a birthday, Mother's day, a hostess or thank you gift.

On the outside of the gift box, April used a tea cup from the TEA CUPS & TAGS collection. The cherry blossoms, branch and flower girl are from the new JAPANESE FLOWER GIRLS set.

The lettering on the card is also from the TEA CUPS & TAGS set. You'll find a full page of quotes ready to print and cut included with the tea cup patterns. Sure makes it quick and fun to put this project together. For the box itself, April choose the PIE BOX from the Dollar Downloads, enlarged it and deleted the window on the top.

The little plastic heart containers are from the dollar store and then filled with loose leaf teas. Labels are done using the SCALLOPED CIRCLE TAGS from the Dollar Downloads and then a circle punch for the centers. Lining the inside bottom of the box is a nice finishing touch to the whole project.

Peachy pinks, apple-y greens, then a touch of black. Love the colors. The box is from the DESIGNER BOXES set. 3 rhinestones along the bottom of the box and for the flower center in the flower girl's hair add a sparkle. The card front uses the Hannah (favorite flower) from the JAPANESE FLOWER GIRLS set.

I really like how April makes the inside of her gifts as fun and uplifting as the outside. Here she tucked the printable greeting from the TEA CUPS & TAGS set on the underside of the lid. Coordinating bits of paper are stapled to the original tea tag.
