Terms of Use and Copyrights
Your purchase of these graphics, images, patterns, etc. incude a limited use license from MyScrapChick. MyScrapChick reserves all ownership and copyrights to the content, graphics and artwork in all of these Paper Palz images, patterns, digital works and designs.
Allowed uses:
Each pattern comes with a limited use license for the original purchaser only. The purchaser may use the image for completed projects for personal use and resale under the terms listed here.
The original purchaser may use the patterns to complete handmade projects for resale & profit up to 100 times per calendar year.
Projects may include (but are not limited to) cards, scrapbook pages, paper piecings, labels, tags and any handcrafted item.
When listing completed projects on eBay, blogs, etsy, facebook, personal websites, forums or online venues, or if using these patterns for a project submitted to magazines or other publications, it is required that credit be given to MyScrapChick in a reasonably visible way. Example; “This project created using MyScrapChick paper piecing patterns.” or "Pattern used from MyScrapChick." Failure to do so can result in your website, blog or auction being removed without warning.
It is unfortunate that this is part of our terms of use, however, there are some people who do not respect copyright laws and this is our way of protecting our artistic rights.
Rights are for the original purchaser only.
These rights are non-transferable.

How these Paper Piecing Patterns may NOT be used:
No part may be used to create a kit or a part of a kit for resale.
No patterns or files may be offered as free files for sharing on public or private boards.
Files may not be stored in online albums or download sites with public access.
No part may be used to create another digital product. (These patterns are available for purchase in various digital formats from MyScrapChick ONLY.)
No part may be used to create a printed product (pattern) for resale or distribution.
Scans or photos of finished artwork MAY NOT be offered as any part of a clipart collection
No part may be altered or auto-traced to create a new image for sharing or other distibution.
These patterns may only be used for their intended purpose (which is a cutting file to create a finished paper piecing or paper craft.). Using the vectors to create a derivative work is a violation of the digital millenium act.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion.
Use of our website and/or products (purchased or free) implies your agreement to these terms of use.
